The BEST place to buy shoes. . .

I just wanted to share with everyone the absolute best place to buy shoes. Go to Endless.com. I ordered a pair of really cute shoes from there on Sunday night and got them this morning. I actually could have ordered the shoes up until last night and still have been able to get them today. Overnight shipping is free and they give you $5 off your order. If I had gone to Macy's to get the shoes I got, I would have paid $81 with tax. But, I only paid $45.86 for the shoes on endless.com. I'm very excited to wear them for traveling and on the weekends. I really only wear high heels during the week, so it'll be nice to have a cute pair of flats to wear on the weekends instead of flip flops to give my feet a rest. I know they aren't technically flat, but considering I wear 3 1/2 to 4 inch heels all day during the week, a small, 1 inch wedge is definitely a rest for my feet! YAY! So excited!!

Drained

Back from my work trip and beyond tired. Nothing like waking up at the ass crack everyday to trek across a huge hotel/conference center to sit in a meeting room for 4 hours, trek across the hotel again to eat, trek back across to sit in a meeting room for 4 hours, trek across again to go back to my room for maybe 30 minutes before having to trek across the hotel again for dinner and once more, trekking across the hotel to go back to my room. I have no reason whatsoever to feel guilty about not going to the gym at all this week since I was making those long treks all day in 4 inch heels. So tired. So so tired.

Just a few things to update on The Swimmer, but I'm not even thinking straight right now, so that will have to wait until tomorrow. . .

The day has come....

I can't believe it, but I guess I should, the day has arrived and The Swimmer is on his way to see me! It just doesn't feel real even though I know it is. I'm making the final preparations as I type this. I did a big cleaning of my place last night and now I'm just washing the sheets and I'm going to take a shower and wear my hot new shoes to go to the airport! It's noon now and his flight arrives at 3:30pm. Wow... I can't believe I'm going to see him today! Anyways, not going to post again until Tuesday night after he leaves, but I'll be too busy being with The Swimmer, so I won't miss it. The hibernation with The Swimmer begins soon!!

Hot shoes!

Yay! I got the really hot shoes I posted about in my last post. They are ridiculously hot and I can't wait to wear them to the airport tomorrow to pick up The Swimmer! Even though I usually give myself a day off from the gym on Fridays, I think I'm going to go today because Crazy Girl and I had a fattening lunch at the mall, so I feel like I should work it off at the gym today in anticipation of spending most of this weekend naked. Off to the gym for me!
